The Rupur Nuclear Power Plant in Bangladesh has two Russian VVER-1200 reactors with a total capacity of 2400 megawatts. The Russian VVER-1200 reactor selected for the nuclear power plant has successfully operated on two units of the Novovoronezh nuclear power plant in Russia. This project fully meets international security requirements.
